This is our holiday home, with swimming pool for children and adults, great bony, excellent to relax, be in the pool, make BBQ with coal. Or simply enjoy nature as it has a fully fenced 2,000 m2 area of land. It is rented for family use.
It has equipped kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, the main one with bathroom in, the house has tv and cable, wifi and Air conditioning.
Security cameras. It has a water well. A bathroom in the room area and a bathroom in it pool area. Covered terrace with pool view.
Note that there is no washing machine but there is laundry service, which can be hired.
There is no water heater however the water temperature is perfect given the weather conditions.
The house has 2 bedrooms that between the two have a capacity 10 people, in a bedroom with air conditioning split we have a double bed downstairs, two double bed. In the other bedroom with air conditioning split we have a cabin and a single bed.
Each additional person at 10 is charged US$ 25 per day per person.
It is not rented for parties or events.

A security deposit of $200 is added to the rate which will be returned to the person who rents and after it is verified that everything was received in the same conditions as the property was delivered.

December 31 is not available as it is rented.
