With excellent tropical climate, the property is surrounded by lush nature, beautiful views of the Turrialba Volcano and with a unique and privileged access to the imposing Rio Pacuare.
The project has a variety of appropriate infrastructure that facilitates the current operation, including:
a) Trails and paths that cover the different areas of the farm for horseback riding, walking or cycling.
b) Pit to extract material for proper maintenance of roads and paths.
c) 1 main house.
d) 1 very comfortable cabin for 6 people.
e) 1 house for the caretaker of the farm.
f) Bathrooms for tourists.
g) 1 pen and cellar.

In tourism, the farm presents unique and exclusive activities. The main road of the farm takes the visitor through the forest to the shore of the Pacuare River, which is listed by world rafting sports authorities as the # 1 in Costa Rica and within the top 10 in the world (class III and IV), where national and world competitions are practiced and held annually.
Among other tourist activities of great attraction is hiking and sighting of flora and fauna; The latter offers the tourist an unforgettable experience: night observation of a wide variety of frogs and toads.
Horseback riding is the most liked by the public since they manage to visit, the cocoa and coffee plantations, going through different paths within the forests and mountains very well preserved.
The owners and collaborators work in harmony not only in solidarity with nature, but also expands their presence in the community. Solidarity with their people, teaching agricultural and entrepreneurship programs with women and mothers of households, as well as participation in schools in the area, where children turn out to be the great beneficiaries.
At the end of my visit, I have this experience and good feelings about this great farm, with an excellent inventory of activities that predicts the sustainability of a unique project, where the farm and the forest, the River and the Volcano are the natural ingredients of a winning formula.
