If you are looking to stay in the Sabana area, you are a student or have a job in the area,
the room is located in a neighborhood with 24 hours security.
The house is located near the pops of Sabana Sur and 500 meters from the
500 meters from the Ucimed. A 10minutes walk from the Sabana Park, near the train station (MAG-La Salle) and buses Sabana Estadio and Bus by old street to Escazú.
The Palí supermarket is a 10-15min walk away.
In the house live 2 people and 2 tenants.
The room has a single bed, desk, work chair, closet and fan.
The bathroom is outside the room and will be shared with another tenant.
The room is on the second floor and has a view of the mountains.
The room is very quiet and has a nice view because of its location towards the back.
The rent includes electricity, water and internet (WIFI), as well as cleaning of the bathroom and room once a week.

If you want laundry service, you can negotiate it with the tenants.
Linens and towels are available upon request.

If you use the common areas such as the kitchen or the laundry room, you must leave it clean as it was.
No alcohol and smoking is allowed inside the property.

The room is to be used for residential purposes only and for a period of 1 month between

Deposit to enter: 60 000 colones (will be delivered at the end, if everything is in good condition).
