On the first floor there is a half bathroom for visitors, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, kitchen with its furniture, living room, dining room, cellar under the steps and garage with electric gate for two cars.
On the second floor there is the main room with air conditioning, walk-in closet and full bathroom. This room has enough space for an office or TV room and balcony. It also has two secondary rooms and a full bathroom. One of these rooms has a walk-in closet.
It has no patio or garden, no space for clothes, you have to use the dryer, it has no space for barbecue.
References from previous rentals are needed.
Doesn´t have regrigerator, it does have stove, drier and washing machine.
