This beautiful beachfront house is rented by the night:
$550+taxes per night: New Year's Eve and Easter (minimum 7 nights).
$430+taxes per night: December and January (one week (7 nights) $390 +taxes per night).
$375+taxes per night: February to July.
$300 + taxes per night: August, September, October and Novembe
It is a natural paradise in which you can see the sand of the ocean and the birds all the time. Turtles can be seen in front of the house, look for clams in the sand, surf, enjoy life.
The house is comfortable in a simple way, where you have no distractions from nature.
It is located in Playa San Miguel, where friendly Costa Ricans are always open to a good conversation. It has a spacious house next to the house where you spend most of the time, it also has a nice pool with terrace, a typical Rancho de Costa Rica, where you spend most of your time. It is open so you can see the birds, the whales, the iguanas, really share with nature and enjoy life, the ranch is where the kitchen is located, leaving the room, the bar and the dining room.
The house is designed so that the air flows freely; It has rooms, bathrooms and a living room. The 4 bedrooms have air conditioning.
