From August and September we have 1 Pool View Room + 1 Park View Bedroom available (shared bathroom between those two rooms) in our lovely spacious 3- bedroom apartment overlooking Parque Andres Bello in El Cangrejo. The apartment is shared with lovely international peeps. The building has 24/7 security, 2 elevators, a nice social area with a large pool, fully equipped gym and game area. Each room rent per month is $500 including gas, electricity, Wifi, AC. Looking forward to welcoming a responsible, clean, kind and mindful person (1 person) in each room to join a nice co-living atmosphere with other young professionals. No pets or smoking.
