It is composed of two floors. The ground floor consists of living room, dining room, kitchen, den, laundry room, maid's room, employee's health service and half a health service.

The upper floor includes three bedrooms and two health services. The floor is tiled. The roof of the ground floor is made of concrete slabs with smooth coating with ceiling seen in the laundry room, with mouldings in the living room and in the den. The roof of the upper floor is Tejalit on metal structure with gypsum sky. The walls are reprinted and painted blocks, some covered with ceramics. The sanitary services have imported artifacts and tiles on the walls up to half height. The kitchen features double stainless steel sink fitted in granite envelope. It also maintains MDF furniture and tiles on the walls to the height of the slab.
