The Paseo Las Bóvedas project consisted of the rehabilitation of 3 buildings, which joined by a central courtyard were connected to create a condominium of 13 apartments, mostly “Loft” of a bedroom. On the ground floor 3 commercial premises were designed.

The original properties were purchased from the ladies Graciela and Delia Diez Pacheco heirs of the Pacheco family, who were the owners in the nineteenth century.
