The rooms have a comfortable bed, a desk, an office chair and a closet. We share the kitchen, two bathrooms, the balcony and the living room.

We also have a TV with Netflix.

Several rooms have an additional wardrobe in the hall to store things.

We have a washing machine, dryer, iron, fridge with ice-maker, toaster, induction stove, water filter, air fryer, coffee maker, soda stream, etc.

Rentals are between $280 USD and $290 USD per month and include water, electricity, internet and cleaning twice a week.


The deposit is $150 USD. The minima stay is 6 months.

Supermarkets, Smartfit, metro, buses, etc. all very close.
