This beautiful seafront property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house and 3 external rooms each with its bathroom, all with A/C, with capacity up to 25 people. It is fully furnished, swimming pool, large bohemian, BBQ, TV, WI-FI Internet connection, fully functional kitchen with all appliances (fridge, horizontal fridge, stove, oven, microwave, vine, electric coffee maker, toaster, blender and basic items). You can enjoy various activities that develop in the area, such as fishing and kite surfing, and is ideal for swimming, sunbathing, walking or just resting! The rate varies according to the size of the group, with capacity up to 24 people. The rate varies depending on the number of people, from 13 people on weekends and 8 people on weekdays between Tuesday and Thursday. For weekends start from groups to 13 people and the rate is $675 in 3 rooms, entering Friday from 11am and leaving on Sunday at 5pm. Weekdays for small groups of less than 8 people are $240 per night; for groups 13 people $380 per night (between Tuesday and Thursday).
