Casa Neuman is an emblematic winning restoration project for the 2014 Real Estate Masters Award. It is located a few steps from Plaza Herrera, in the beautiful and quiet José de Obaldía street. The project consists of 4 buildings originally built during the last two decades of the nineteenth century. Three of them belonged to Don August Wilhelm Neuman's family.

The project consisted of 13 apartments, and 5 commercial premises. The buildings were joined internally by a large courtyard that connects them, and from where a beautiful aljibe of the colonial era could be rescued.

This beautifully decorated apartment, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms is the ideal place for those who appreciate the authenticity of the Old Town.
