CHARACTERISTICS OF MÁQUINA:
The design of the Cuisinart bread machine is useful: brushed stainless steel, square and with chrome details. It's much lighter than the bread machines I've had in the past, which makes it easy to get in and out of my pantry.
It is also much shorter than my old Panasonic bread machine, which is great: I can finally slip the bread machine right under the shelf on the floor of my pantry. My old machine was taller than wide, so I had to close the cap with adhesive tape, turn it aside and then slide it to the pantry.
Removable cover that makes it much easier to clean!!! As the bread is baked, the small window is packed and sometimes the bread rises so much that it touches the window.
The handles on the sides of the machine facilitate your movement, elevation and storage. I have had two machines to make bread in the past that had no side handles, and the only way to lift them is to embrace the machine and lift it with the arms.
The bread mold fits and locks in place very easily. I've had bread machines in the past where I had to move them and turn them to block them.
There's a small window at the top so you can see what your bread is doing without opening the lid.
