The location is great. It is a 3 minute walk to Playa Rosada and the Rosada Pool and Clubhouse. It has an excellent Ocean view overlooking Playa Rosada.

The main clubhouse with the ocean front restaurant and bar are also just a short walk.

You have easy access to a number of good surf breaks starting with Rosada and Santana’s. Also, Panga Drops and Colorado’s are within walking distance from the south end of Santana’s property.
