* 1 year of experience in a technical support setup
* 1 year of customer service experience
* Knowledge of gps systems is preferred
* Understanding of android operating system for basic app troubleshooting support

* Electrical, Computer, System Eng preferrably
* Bilingual, English B2 minimum (tests will be applied)

* Answers support requests from clients and end users
* Maintains accurate records of inventory used
* Supports system installations remotely
* Learns new technologies as they come to implementation
* Conducts training when requested
* Clerical tasks assigned by management team

A Level 1 support agent is in charge of handling technical support calls / chats / emails, provides customer service and supports the onboarding of new clients and end users.
