A furnished room is rented with your bed and a hanger for your clothes, for miss or lady who works or studies from the interior of the country. The cost of rent is $100.00 per month with a deposit of 50% of the rental value ($50.00). The cost of rent includes free: Water, energy, electric, cable and Internet.

Basic rental requirements:

(1) Female sex, over 18 years old.
(2) That you are working ( Present record of
work)
(3) Be of the interior of the country or of San Salvador.
(4) Sign a lease or lease of the lease
room.
(5) Poseer good habits and honesty (The place is house of
family)
6) No criminal record
