The National Bank of Costa Rica sells this property based on the plane A-1459923-2010, which is registered in Catastro and has not yet been related to this property, as well as the 214-21301030661600-2023-U validated by Jhonatan Duarte Rodriguez and the sales poster.
The A-1459923-2010 cadastre plane related to the farm presents errors of condition, does not match the location of the property with respect to the corner reference of the catastro plane, the front of the property is 14.08m however, the front measured in the field is 15.47m. Therefore, the offender must make a new catastro plane and assume any impediment and/or difference that this may entail. The buyer accepts the land and the boundary with the situation indicated above and the sales poster, which is indicated in the 214-21301030661600-2023-U; it shall be at the discretion of the buyer to perform the legal procedures for the rectification of the future registration measure, and the registration of the plane, which shall be carried out in the notarial and/or judicial way, assuming the purchaser on his own the expenses of this purchaser The National Bank does not guarantee or assume responsibility for the type of use of the land of the property that is granted by the respective municipality, nor does it guarantee the state of the property.
