In the mountains of Hojancha on the Nicoya Peninsula lies this beautiful cattle farm. The size is 10 hectares which equals 24 acres of land. On one side the land borders a creek where we find huge trees and the small, forested part of the property. The majority of the land is pastureland. Since the property is in the mountains there is also a portion of steep land going down to the stream.

The property has a natural spring, which is important and convenient since at the moment there is no public water.  There is a project from the municipality to extend the pipes all the way to the property but there is no date on that. The electricity is around 200 meters away.

The views are spectacular. There is a little ocean view as well as gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains all the way to the Gulf of Nicoya.

The sleepy town of Hojancha is around 15 minutes by car and offers all necessities such as banks, supermarkets, clinics, restaurants and more.

Beautiful beaches such as Carrillo or Samara can be reached in under an hour.
