Driving through orange and coffee plantations in the mountains of the Nicoya Peninsula at around 700 meters above the sea we reach this small yet diverse property. The top part is fairly flat and has gorgeous views over the surrounding mountains.
Around 300 Orange trees are planted across the farm of which some are young and others older. In smaller numbers we find banana, mango, plantains, and other fruit trees.
There is an old wooden house that could be used as a shack for tools or even be restored more nicely.
There is public electricity available, and the water comes from the properties own spring. This is pumped up, so there is an entire pumping system in place.
The next bigger town is Carmona and is around 25 minutes’ drive away and offers all necessities such as banks, supermarkets, hardware stores and much more.
Beautiful beaches such as Coyote and San Miguel Beach can be reached in under an hour.
