The room has a single bed, desk, work chair, wardrobe and fan.
The bathroom is out of the room and will be shared with another tenant.

The room for its location towards the phenopho is very quiet and with a beautiful view.
There are sheets and cloths available if you wish.

Rent includes electricity, water and internet (WIFI)
as well as bathroom and room cleaning once a week.

If you want laundry service, you can negotiate with the tenants.

Common space and cleaning.

The tenant can make use of shared areas such as the kitchen, the refrigerator, you can use the washing machine and store your clothes, use the dining table, the living room, the garden or the outside patio.

If you use common spaces such as the kitchen or battery room, you should leave it clean as it was.

Pets are not accepted.

The use of alcohol and smoked inside the property is not allowed.
From 9 o'clock at night, silence and tranquility are suggested
inside the house.

The room is for use only for residential purposes and for a minimum period of 3 months.
Deposit before entering 80 000 colones.

The tenant must notify a month before leaving if you wish to recover 100% of the deposit.
