If you are looking to stay in the Sabana sector, you are a student or work in the area, the room is located in a neighborhood with 24 hours security.
The house is located near the Pops de Sabana Sur and
500 meters from Ucimed University. A 10 minute walk from the Sabana Park, near the train station (MAG-La Salle) and Sabana Estadio and Bus by old street to Escazú.
The Palí supermarket is 10-15min walking.
It is a family home where 2 people and 2 tenants live.
The room has a single bed, desk, chair and large wardrobe.
The bathroom is out of the room and will be shared with another tenant.
The room is on a second floor, very fresh with large windows,
overlooking the green and the street (a street without exit, quite quiet).
There are sheets and towels available if you wish.
Rent includes electricity, water and internet (WIFI)
as well as bathroom and room cleaning once a week.
If you want laundry service, you can negotiate with the tenants.
Common space and cleaning.
The tenant can make use of shared areas such as the kitchen, the refrigerator, you can use the washing machine and hang out the laundry, use the dining table, the garden or the front patio.
If you use common spaces such as the kitchen or battery room, you should leave it clean as it was.
Pets are not accepted.
The use of alcohol and smoked inside the property is not allowed.
From 9 o'clock at night, silence and tranquility are suggested
inside the house.

The room is for use only for residential purposes and
for a minimum period of 3 months.
Deposit to enter: 80 000 colones. It will be returned if you leave the room in good condition. If you leave the room before the agreed time, the deposit will not be returned. The tenant must notify a month before leaving if you wish to recover 100% of the deposit.
The room is free from day 1 of June 2024.
