This rustic cabin is located on a 2-acre property, just steps from the restaurants in Los Pargos and just a ten-minute walk from Playa Negra. The cabin has 1 queen size bed and 3 single beds, with the capacity to sleep up to 5 people. The house will come furnished.

There is a small kitchen, a washing machine, indoor and outdoor shower. Tenants will have access to the entire property.

There is high speed internet, electricity and water. The tenant will be responsible for paying the Internet and energy bill, in addition to the rental cost.

All pets are allowed. Leases of 3 months and longer available.
